Sharyl Barnes spent most of her adult life overweight and overstressed. Today, the 42-year-old diabetic and divorced mom of two daughters is taking control of her health. She’s down 90 pounds and is determined to live well despite life’s daily challenges.

She wants to learn new ways to manage her diabetes by focusing on diet and getting more physically active. She also wants to help her family take action – Sharyl has a 10-year-old daughter with type 2 diabetes.

This three-part video series shares Sharyl's health story, along with real-world advice, resources and tools to help all diabetics get informed, be active and live better.
